The 6-way power-tilt angle blade provides more precision when moving or grading dirt, clay and other materials from nearly any angle. Work more efficiently and reduce the number of passes on each job by lifting, tilting and angling the blade to move dirt or other materials exactly where they need to go.

Grading is easier, even for novice operators, using the optional 2D blade assist or optional 3D machine guidance and 3D machine control system (DD100). Program the needed inputs, and the machine controls blade functions — finishing the job faster and more accurately. No GPS or lasers required.

Select the blade float function for smooth back grading or fine finishing. Push the blade shake button to quickly remove stuck-on materials.

The unique undercarriage system, with both single-and dual-flange rollers, is designed to improve durability and extend component life. Areas of the undercarriage that naturally experience greater wear and tear are easy to access. You can get replacement parts through your local DEVELON dealer.

Regular inspection points for the dozer are conveniently accessible at ground level. When maintenance is needed, the dozer cabin tilts up — there’s no need to disassemble the cab to reach critical components.

Optimized for more power output with reduced fuel consumption, the DEVELON DD100 dozer is designed with a Tier 4-compliant diesel engine to reduce emissions — and does not require the use of a diesel particulate filter (DPF) to meet current emission standards.

Several features take efficiency further, including an ECO mode that reduces daily fuel consumption up to 5% without sacrificing grading performance when working in lower tractive conditions.

Auto idle and auto engine shutdown features also help reduce fuel consumption.

The user-friendly, multilingual DEVELON Smart Touch screen displays all important settings and information. A standard feature on DEVELON dozers, DEVELON Fleet Management telematics monitors the health, location and productivity of your DEVELON equipment from a user-friendly mobile app and website.

The DD100 dozer is compatible for an optional 3D machine guidance and 3D machine control system that uses GPS technology — for greater grading accuracy and ease of operation.

The optional 3D system reduces operator inputs by up to 80%, activating automatic blade movements based on GPS coordinates to more precisely meet the critical elevation and slope specifications required for a variety of grading tasks. The system allows operators to work more quickly, more accurately and with greater efficiency.

The narrow design of the front engine compartment makes it easier to see your work. The cooling system for the radiator/oil cooler module is hydraulically driven and located at the rear of the machine.

An in-line precleaner is placed under the hood to provide the operator with a more unobstructed view of the blade.

Front cab pillars are minimized to reduce obstructions, and all-glass doors provide more glass area for enhanced operator visibility.

A standard rearview camera — an option on competitor dozers — provides the operator with an additional view of the dozer’s surroundings, increasing confidence and productivity.

The DEVELON dozer cab layout and controls are similar to the DEVELON -7 Series excavators and wheel loaders, making it easier for operators to move from machine to machine.
