A note from Edward Song, CEO of Doosan Infracore North America:
North America is entering a new chapter in the COVID-19 pandemic, and so is our industry. As cities continue to reopen across the U.S. and Canada, construction and related businesses are ramping up to meet increased demand in a still-shifting landscape.
Whether you’ve seen business as usual or navigated new challenges, I want you to know precisely how Doosan Infracore North America stands ready to dependably support you with parts, service, and innovation in this season — and well beyond.
PARTS: Available Without Delay
All our related facilities are up, running, and ready to serve you. That includes our parts distribution centers in Georgia and Washington, as well as our factories in South Korea and Norway. Our customization plant in Georgia remains open to reduce wait times for dealers and customers. Count on the Doosan products and product support you’ve come to expect.
As a designated essential business, we’re proud to support critical highway, road and bridge projects moving North America forward. And we’ll be proud to support businesses in forestry, recycling and more as the recovery progresses.
SERVICE: Ready To Work For You
As customers face an unsteady business climate, we’re here to help: Current customers can benefit when financial challenges arise as we work with our lenders to allow payment holidays. New customers can benefit from monthly special offers designed to increase their bottom line.
As of this date, all our dealers remain open and able to support customers while abiding local regulations to uphold safety above all.
With construction declared essential in most U.S. states, our dealers have seen only minor declines in activities. For those with aging inventory due, we’re working to extend floor plan terms. And despite the challenging climate, we’ve grown our dealer network by four new locations since March — with more on the way. Our office employees and Doosan Financial Solutions team remain ready to serve, both at uncompromised levels of service.
INNOVATION: Building For Your Future
We’re innovating daily to meet your needs beyond this unprecedented moment and well into a successful future. Earlier this year, we offered a look at cutting-edge technology that will await your jobsites in the years to come. Concept-X, the world’s first fully automated jobsite, is set for commercialization by 2025. Our hybrid wheel loader is in prototype development. Our battery-powered mini excavator, the DX17Z-5 Electric, will arrive as early as 2022. And DoosanCONNECT Telematics will continue to funnel real-time machine data to your phone or computer, letting you use advanced technology to monitor your fleet from anywhere.
In all this, we’re striving to build a safer industry that puts you at the center, while staying open and nimble to your needs today. That’s what Powered by Innovation means to us.
